Frequently Asked Questions
For most of my services I require 50% upfront and 50% before the completion of your project to receive your final files. Social media management is the only service that requires a monthly retainer, along with a 3 month minimum.
I typically book out 2-3 months in advance and it typically takes about 1-2 weeks to onboard you before we can begin your brand design or social media project. So, make sure to take that into consideration!
For those looking for brand design and on tighter timelines, I do offer a brand in a week project, but these can fill up fast so make sure to reach out as soon as you can.
Unfortunately I do not offer just logos because I believe that a logo is just one piece of a much larger picture: your brand! I prioritize offering branding services that include a comprehensive list of elements that will work together to create a more cohesive and impactful brand representation beyond just a simple graphic.
Content strategies should be looked at quarterly and be adjusted as new business and marketing goals are set. This way your strategy becomes the best plan of action to help you reach your goals.
If you currently have a recent strategy created from someone else, I’d be happy to discuss what our options for partnering on management can look like. Otherwise, if you strategy is 3 months old, I’d like to partner together first on creating an updated content strategy for your business to ensure we have the best, up-to-date plan of action to achieve your social media goals!
